• Waste Management:
  • Empty trash bins and recycle containers regularly, ensuring proper disposal of waste.
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels as needed.
• Floor Care:
  • Maintain various flooring types, including carpet, tile, and hardwood, using appropriate cleaning methods and equipment.
  • Perform periodic deep cleaning, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors as required.
• Safety Compliance:
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Building Security:
  • Lock and unlock doors as necessary, ensuring that the facility is secure.
