We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for providing excellent service while handling transactions and managing front desk operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Cash Handling:
    • Process transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
    • Manage cash drawers, ensuring accurate balancing at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain records of transactions and update customer accounts as necessary.
    • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and providing information about services or products.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding customer needs and operational issues.
    • Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure seamless service.
  • Cleanliness and Organization:
    • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms).
    • Ensure that all customer-facing areas are tidy and welcoming.
