Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned (e.g., deep cleaning, window washing).
- Laundry Services:
- Wash, dry, fold, and iron clothes and linens.
- Maintain organization of laundry supplies and equipment.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and household items as needed.
- Maintain records of cleaning supplies and report low inventory to the supervisor.
- Maintenance Tasks:
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Health and Safety:
- Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to manufacturer instructions.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest or resident requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members and report any issues or concerns.

- Make beds and change sheets
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Launder clothing and household linens
- Mend clothing and linens
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Shop for food and household supplies
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
- Clean changing rooms and showers

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is advantageous but not always required.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds).
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
