We are seeking dedicated Fruit Farm Labourers to assist in planting, cultivating, harvesting, and packing fruit crops. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plant, prune, and maintain fruit trees and bushes.
- Harvest fruits such as apples, berries, grapes, cherries, and citrus fruits.
- Sort, clean, and pack harvested produce for distribution.
- Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and tools.
- Identify and report pest infestations or diseases affecting crops.
- Assist with irrigation, fertilization, and weeding tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Follow all farm safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy loads, and work long hours outdoors.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of farming practices is an advantage.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
- Education: No formal education required.

Tasks
- Clean the crops
- Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.
- Hand harvesting vegetables
- Pack fruits and vegetables
- Pick row and orchard crops
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- Weeding
- Clean work area
- Harvest crops
- Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry
- Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations
