We are seeking a hardworking Vegetable Farm Worker to assist in planting, growing, and harvesting vegetables. The ideal candidate will perform various farm tasks, including soil preparation, irrigation, pest control, and post-harvest handling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest vegetables according to farm schedules.
- Operate and maintain farm tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.
- Weed, fertilize, and apply pesticides or organic treatments as needed.
- Sort, wash, and pack vegetables for storage and distribution.
- Monitor crop health and report any issues such as pests or diseases.
- Maintain farm cleanliness and ensure proper waste disposal.
- Work efficiently in all weather conditions.
- Follow all farm safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in vegetable farming is an advantage but not required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy loads, and work outdoors for long hours.
- Skills: Knowledge of farm equipment, irrigation techniques, and organic farming practices is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
- Education: No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.

- Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- Hand harvesting vegetables
