We are looking for hardworking Apple Pickers and Vegetable Pickers to assist in harvesting fresh produce on our farm. The ideal candidates will work outdoors, ensuring fruits and vegetables are picked, sorted, and packed efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Harvest apples and vegetables at the right ripeness and quality.
- Sort and pack produce according to size, weight, and quality standards.
- Use ladders, picking bags, or baskets to collect apples from trees.
- Handle vegetables carefully to avoid bruising or damage.
- Operate basic farm equipment such as carts and sorting machines.
- Work efficiently to meet daily harvesting quotas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all farm safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy loads, and work in various weather conditions.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of harvesting techniques is an advantage.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a team.
- Education: No formal education required.

- Clear fields of wood and stones
- Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- Grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market.
