Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations of the beauty shop, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of service.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and ensuring product availability.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of beauty professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage team performance, providing ongoing feedback and support.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales and Marketing:
- Drive sales through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and upselling of services and products.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that all services and products comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop to provide a safe and pleasant environment.
