Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Cleaning Staff: Oversee daily activities of the cleaning team, assigning tasks and ensuring that all areas are cleaned to company standards.
• Training and Development: Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards; address any issues promptly.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper maintenance.
• Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all cleaning operations.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, staff performance, and incidents; provide reports to management as needed.
