Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Construction Tasks: Support construction workers by performing tasks such as loading and unloading materials, carrying tools and equipment, and helping with the assembly of structures.
• Prepare Job Sites: Ensure job sites are clean and organized, and help set up and dismantle scaffolding, barriers, and other temporary structures.
• Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any safety hazards to supervisors.
• Handle Materials: Transport and manage construction materials, including lifting, carrying, and placing materials as required. Assist with inventory management and material organization.
• Assist with Equipment: Operate basic tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced workers. Maintain and clean tools and machinery as needed.
• Support Skilled Trades: Assist electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other tradespeople with their tasks, including measuring, cutting, and installing materials.
• Communicate Effectively: Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate any issues or needs promptly. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:
