Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders to customers within designated routes.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all items are delivered in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service, including courteous interactions and handling any customer inquiries or issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, performing routine checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe driving practices.
- Assist with order packing and preparation when needed.
- Manage delivery-related paperwork, including logs and receipts.
Tasks
- Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
- Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products
- Keep a record of items received and delivered
- Prepare, package and restock goods
- Load and unload goods
- Follow directions and read map
- Use maps and other trip planning aids
- Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems
- Provide customer service

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to navigate efficiently using maps or GPS.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry items of various sizes and weights.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
