Responsibilities:

1. Crop Maintenance:
   • Planting, pruning, and thinning fruit trees or bushes to promote healthy growth and maximize yield.
   • Monitoring and controlling pests, diseases, and weeds through integrated pest management practices.
2. Irrigation and Fertilization:
   • Operating irrigation systems to water fruit crops based on soil moisture levels and weather conditions.
   • Applying fertilizers and nutrients to promote plant growth and fruit development according to seasonal requirements.
3. Harvesting:
   • Harvesting fruits at peak ripeness using hand tools, ladders, or mechanical harvesting equipment.
   • Sorting and grading harvested fruits based on size, color, and quality standards.
4. Packaging and Storage:
   • Packing fruits into containers, crates, or packaging materials for transportation or sale.
   • Labeling containers with accurate information and ensuring proper storage conditions to maintain freshness.
5. Equipment Operation:
   • Operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery, such as tractors, harvesters, pruning tools, and sprayers.
   • Performing routine maintenance checks, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
6. Quality Control:
   • Inspecting fruits for defects, damage, or irregularities and removing unsuitable produce.
