Job Responsibilities:

Planting and Cultivating:
- Assist with planting fruit trees or crops.
- Ensure proper soil preparation and planting techniques are followed.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as necessary.
- Water crops and maintain irrigation systems.

Maintenance and Care:
- Prune and trim fruit trees or vines to promote healthy growth.
- Monitor crops for signs of pests, disease, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Implement pest control strategies (e.g., organic or chemical treatments).
- Assist in the operation and maintenance of farm equipment (tractors, sprayers, etc.).
- Weed fields to prevent competition for nutrients.

- Harvest fruit at its peak ripeness, using proper techniques to avoid damaging the crops.
- Sort and grade fruits based on size and quality.
- Transport harvested fruit to packing areas.
