Key Responsibilities:
- Crop Cultivation:
- Assist with planting, growing, and maintaining grain crops such as wheat, corn, barley, and oats.
- Operate and maintain planting equipment and machinery.
- Monitor crop health and manage pest and weed control as needed.
- Harvesting:
- Operate harvesting machinery, including combines and grain trucks.
- Ensure timely and efficient harvesting of grain crops.
- Perform post-harvest tasks such as cleaning and storing grain.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on farm equipment and machinery.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to the farm manager.
- Field Maintenance:
- Assist with soil preparation, including tilling, fertilizing, and irrigation.
- Maintain and repair fences, gates, and other infrastructure.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of crop progress, yields, and equipment usage.
- Track and report on farm productivity and any issues encountered during work.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices in farming.
- General Farm Duties:
- Assist with other farm tasks as needed, including general maintenance, cleaning, and labor.
- Support seasonal activities such as planting and harvest.

Qualifications:
