We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Hairstyling Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in beauty or salon management, and a passion for creating an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage hairstylists, assistants, and other salon staff.

Ensure the salon operates efficiently and maintains a clean, welcoming environment.

Oversee client appointments, scheduling, and front-desk operations.

Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Train, motivate, and support staff to maintain high service standards.

Monitor inventory and order salon products, supplies, and equipment as needed.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.

Manage budgets, sales targets, and daily financial records.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a salon manager, hairstylist, or in a similar role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.

Good knowledge of hairstyling techniques, products, and services.

Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Certification in cosmetology or a related field is an advantage.

Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
