Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and texturizing, according to client preferences and trends.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, recommend appropriate services, and provide professional advice on hair treatments and products.
- Maintain and manage a clean, organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working order.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and new products to provide up-to-date services and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and personalized care.
- Handle client bookings, manage appointment schedules, and provide a positive experience throughout the salon visit.
- Maintain accurate records of client services, preferences, and product usage.
- Adhere to salon policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Tasks
- Advise clients on beauty care treatments
- Analyze hair and scalp condition
- Cut and trim hair according to client’s instructions or preferences
- Provide custom hair and scalp treatment
- Shampoo customers’ hair
- Shave and trim beards and mustaches
- Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
- Apply hair extensions
- Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
- Suggest hair style compatible with client’s physical features and preferences

Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by local regulations.
- Proven experience as a Hairstylist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
