Key Responsibilities:
- Fieldwork: Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, ensuring optimal growth and yield.
- Livestock Care: Help with the feeding, watering, and general care of livestock, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery, including tractors, plows, and irrigation systems, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Fencing and Repairs: Assist with building and repairing fences, barns, and other structures on the farm.
- Weed Control: Participate in weed control and pest management activities to protect crops and livestock.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of tasks performed, including planting and harvesting schedules, livestock care, and equipment maintenance.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations while performing tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
- General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the farm, including cleaning and organizing storage areas.
