Key Responsibilities:
- General Labor Tasks:
- Assist in the construction and renovation of buildings, structures, and other facilities.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
- Help with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures.
- Assisting Skilled Trades:
- Work alongside carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers, providing support as needed during various construction activities.
- Follow instructions from foremen and skilled tradespeople to ensure tasks are completed correctly and safely.
- Material Handling:
- Load and unload construction materials and supplies, ensuring they are stored properly.
- Assist in tracking inventory and reporting any shortages to supervisors.
- Prepare and organize materials for specific tasks and ensure the work area is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Site Maintenance:
- Keep the job site clean and safe by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
- Assist in maintaining tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.
- Report any safety hazards or issues to supervisors immediately.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, and safety glasses.
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Help enforce safety rules and practices among team members on the job site.
Tasks
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Perform safety and security checks
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
