Key Responsibilities:

• Crop Harvesting: Harvest a variety of crops, such as fruits, vegetables, and grains, using appropriate techniques and equipment to minimize damage to plants and ensure quality.
• Field Maintenance: Assist with the upkeep of fields, including weeding, watering, and applying fertilizers or pesticides as directed.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain harvesting equipment and tools, including tractors, harvesters, and hand tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Quality Control: Inspect harvested crops for quality and ripeness, discarding any damaged or unripe produce according to company standards.
• Packaging and Storing: Pack harvested crops for distribution, labeling containers accurately and storing them properly to maintain freshness.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of harvested quantities, types of crops, and any issues encountered during the harvesting process.

Qualifications:
