Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, including hairdressers, receptionists, and assistants.
    • Schedule and manage employee shifts to ensure optimal staffing levels.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support.
  • Customer Service:
    • Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage salon budgets, expenses, and revenue.
    • Monitor sales performance and implement marketing strategies to achieve financial goals.
    • Handle cash management and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sanitation standards.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
    • Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients.
    • Manage the salon’s online presence, including social media and website content.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the salon is stocked with quality products and tools.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels of products and supplies.
    • Order products and supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
