Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of food items, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
- Help with cooking tasks, such as boiling, frying, grilling, or baking, under the supervision of chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas to meet health and safety standards.
- Assist in stocking and inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Follow recipes and instructions from chefs to ensure consistent food quality.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations and food service areas.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in managing food waste and ensuring proper disposal practices.Key Responsibilities:

Tasks
- Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
- Portion and wrap foods
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash
- Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
