Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring excellent service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service, handling guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability through effective cost control and inventory management.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to develop and update menus, considering customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and food trends.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers, including special events, promotions, and social media outreach.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, set goals, and implement improvements.

  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; excellent communication and organizational abilities; knowledge of food and beverage service and inventory management.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with restaurant management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions: The role involves working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, requiring standing for long periods, managing stress, and ensuring high service standards during busy hours.
