Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Cash Handling:
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Manage cash drawers, ensuring accurate balancing at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain records of transactions and update customer accounts as necessary.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and providing information about services or products.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding customer needs and operational issues.
- Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure seamless service.
- Cleanliness and Organization:
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms).
- Ensure that all customer-facing areas are tidy and welcoming.
