Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Materials:
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and shaping glass, mirrors, and other materials using hand and power tools.
- Transport glass and other materials to job sites safely.
- On-Site Assistance:
- Support glaziers in installing windows, mirrors, shower doors, curtain walls, and other glass features.
- Help secure and position glass using adhesives, caulking, or fasteners.
- Hold or brace glass panels during installation to prevent damage.
- Tool and Equipment Handling:
- Operate basic tools and equipment, such as drills, suction cups, glass cutters, and grinders.
- Maintain and organize tools, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Safety Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate protective gear (e.g., gloves, goggles, boots).
- Assist in setting up scaffolding or ladders and ensuring job sites are hazard-free.
- Cleanup and Maintenance:
- Remove broken glass or debris from job sites.
- Clean and maintain job sites before and after work is completed.
- Customer Interaction:
- Occasionally interact with customers to answer basic questions or relay messages to the lead glazier.
Tasks
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction

Qualifications:
