Key Responsibilities:

1. General Cleaning:
   • Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean floors, carpets, and rugs.
   • Wipe down and sanitize surfaces including countertops, tables, and appliances.
   • Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
   • Change bed linens and make beds as needed.
   • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
2. Specialized Cleaning:
   • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
   • Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
   • Clean kitchen appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and microwaves.
   • Handle special cleaning tasks as requested, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks.
3. Organization:
   • Organize and declutter rooms, ensuring items are stored in their proper places.
   • Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding clothes.
4. Maintenance and Reporting:
   • Report any maintenance or repair needs to the homeowner or property manager.
   • Ensure that cleaning supplies and equipment are used appropriately and kept in good condition.
   • Follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
5. Customer Service:
   • Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their cleaning preferences and address any concerns.
   • Provide a high level of service with professionalism and courtesy.
