Key Responsibilities:
- Design Creation:
- Develop and produce original graphic designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, and websites.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Concept Development:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback as needed.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand identity, style, and messaging.
- Update and maintain brand assets, such as logos, templates, and color palettes.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure the proper production of printed materials.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve skills and techniques.
- Conduct research on target audiences to create designs that resonate with them.
Tasks
- Adapt existing illustrations
- Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs
- Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
- Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients’ objectives
