Key Responsibilities:
- Landscaping Tasks: Assist in planting, watering, and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns according to project specifications.
- Site Preparation: Prepare and maintain landscape areas by clearing debris, weeding, and performing soil cultivation.
- Hardscaping: Help with the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other hand tools.
- Irrigation Systems: Assist in installing and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while performing landscaping tasks and operating equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete landscaping projects efficiently and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.

- Lay sod or seed
- Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees
- Apply fertilizers
- Repair and maintain equipment
- Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance.

- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
