Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Provide guidance and support to ensure team cohesion and productivity.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service by maintaining a welcoming environment, resolving customer complaints or issues promptly, and training staff on customer service best practices.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales and meet store targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional strategies. Monitor sales performance and take proactive steps to achieve goals.
4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control procedures, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
5. Store Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security measures. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
6. Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual standards and ensure that displays are attractive, organized, and stocked with relevant merchandise. Implement seasonal and promotional displays as per company guidelines.
7. Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean store environment by enforcing health and safety standards, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a retail supervisor or similar managerial role in a retail environment.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising techniques.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or retail management is a plus.
