Key Responsibilities:

• Crop Harvesting: Assist in the timely harvesting of crops, including fruits, vegetables, and grains, using manual and mechanical methods as required.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain harvesting equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition and used safely.
• Quality Control: Inspect harvested crops for quality and report any issues, ensuring only the best produce is collected and prepared for market.
• Sorting and Packing: Sort, clean, and pack harvested crops for storage or transportation, following established guidelines for quality and safety.
• Field Maintenance: Assist with field maintenance tasks, such as irrigation, weeding, and pest control, to ensure optimal crop growth throughout the season.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of harvested quantities, labor hours, and any issues encountered during the harvesting process.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other farm workers and management to coordinate harvesting activities and ensure efficient operations.
