Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care:
- Greet and check in patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
- Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical histories.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.
- Handle patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
- Communication:
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers regarding treatment plans and procedures.
- Respond to phone inquiries and provide information about clinic services.
- Office Management:
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Documentation:
- Accurately enter patient information into electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Prepare and file medical documentation in accordance with protocols.
