We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. You will collaborate with department managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Conduct job analyses to create clear and compelling job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and priorities for open positions.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Candidate Management:
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate interview feedback sessions.
- Offer Management:
- Prepare and extend job offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Onboarding:
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and new employees are oriented to the company culture.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and tools in recruitment.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment processes.
