Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and Surveillance: Observe and monitor activities on the premises using surveillance equipment and by conducting regular patrols.
• Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel access restricted areas.
• Incident Response: Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Reporting: Document daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches in detailed reports for management.
• Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees by providing information and addressing any concerns in a professional manner.
• Safety Protocols: Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment and prevent theft or vandalism.
• Emergency Preparedness: Participate in emergency drills and be familiar with evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: Security guard license (as required by state or local regulations); first aid/CPR certification is advantageous.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances, and respond to emergencies quickly.
