 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of food items, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients.
  • Help with cooking tasks, such as boiling, frying, grilling, or baking, under the supervision of chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
  • Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas to meet health and safety standards.
  • Assist in stocking and inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Follow recipes and instructions from chefs to ensure consistent food quality.
  • Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations and food service areas.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in managing food waste and ensuring proper disposal practices.Key Responsibilities:

Tasks

  • Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • Portion and wrap foods
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.

  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
