Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general upkeep of the home, including cleaning, tidying, and organizing as necessary.
- Ensure the security of the property by locking doors and windows, monitoring alarms, and reporting any suspicious activity.
- Water plants, tend to gardens, and care for outdoor spaces to maintain their appearance.
- Care for pets, including feeding, walking, and providing companionship as needed.
- Collect mail and packages, and manage deliveries to prevent clutter and theft.
- Monitor utilities and appliances to ensure everything is functioning properly, reporting any issues to the homeowners.
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners, providing updates as requested.
- Follow specific instructions provided by the homeowners regarding household tasks or routines.
