Key Responsibilities:
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and performing other tasks to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and readily accessible.
- General Labour: Perform a variety of tasks, including mixing cement, pouring concrete, and assisting with framing, drywall installation, and other construction activities.
- Tool Operation: Safely operate basic construction tools and equipment, including power tools, hand tools, and machinery, under the guidance of skilled workers.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Assisting Tradespeople: Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other skilled tradespeople in their duties as required.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing waste and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
Tasks
- Load, unload and transport construction materials
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
- Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs
- Clean and pile salvaged materials
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Qualifications:
