Key Responsibilities
- Deep Cleaning: Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks, including scrubbing, buffing, and stripping floors, as well as cleaning carpets and upholstery.
- Restroom Sanitation: Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and waste materials in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Surface Cleaning: Clean and sanitize various surfaces, including walls, windows, doors, and furniture, to remove dirt, dust, and stains.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, vacuums, and pressure washers, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment; wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and managing cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying supervisors when stock levels are low.
- Special Projects: Assist with special cleaning projects, such as post-construction clean-up or seasonal deep cleaning.

- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Work with minimal supervision
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

Qualifications
