Key Responsibilities

• Package Delivery: Safely and efficiently deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations, adhering to delivery schedules.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean and in good working condition; report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and any discrepancies; obtain signatures as required.
• Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and handling packages; ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Management: Assist in loading and unloading packages from the vehicle, ensuring that items are handled safely and securely.
• Problem-Solving: Address any delivery issues or delays professionally, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Operate and drive automobiles, vans and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
