Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation of Tractors and Machinery:
   • Operate tractors equipped with attachments like plows, seeders, sprayers, and harvesters.
   • Perform field tasks such as tilling, planting, fertilizing, irrigating, and harvesting crops.
2. Equipment Maintenance:
   • Inspect, clean, and maintain tractors and implements to ensure they are in good working condition.
   • Conduct basic repairs and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
3. Farm Activities:
   • Assist in soil preparation, weed control, and pest management.
   • Transport harvested crops, fertilizers, or tools using farm vehicles.
4. Field Management:
   • Ensure rows are straight and crops are planted at proper depths and intervals.
   • Monitor and adjust tractor settings for different soil types and farming conditions.
5. Safety Compliance:
   • Follow all safety procedures when operating machinery or handling chemicals.
   • Ensure proper use of protective gear and safe storage of equipment.
6. Record-Keeping:
   • Maintain logs of daily operations, fuel consumption, and equipment usage.
