Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops such as [specific crops, e.g., vegetables, fruits, grains, etc.].
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including tractors, plows, and harvesters.
• Perform general farm maintenance tasks, including cleaning barns, equipment, and work areas.
• Irrigate crops and monitor soil conditions to ensure healthy growth.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed, following safety guidelines.
• Assist with the sorting, packaging, and transportation of harvested crops to market or storage.
• Monitor crops for signs of disease, pests, or damage, and report concerns to farm management.
• Work alongside other farm workers to ensure efficiency and completion of tasks.
• Assist with livestock care and feeding if applicable (for farms with animals).
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and crop yields.
• Follow safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals, equipment, and tools.
• Work in various weather conditions, as farm tasks are often outdoors and subject to seasonal changes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working on a farm is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of farm equipment, machinery, and tools.
• Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and working in different weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when caring for crops and animals.
• Ability to operate basic machinery and tools safely.
• Good communication skills and willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific farm tasks such as irrigation, planting, or harvesting.
• Familiarity with organic farming practices or livestock care (if applicable).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the farm.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of farming equipment.

Physical Requirements:
