The Security Guard Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of security guards to ensure the safety and security of premises. This role includes supervising daily operations, coordinating security staff, managing incidents, and ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Conduct regular briefings and debriefings with security personnel.
- Ensure all security staff are properly equipped and trained.
- Security Operations:
- Monitor and review daily security operations to ensure effectiveness and compliance with established protocols.
- Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises.
- Policy and Procedure Enforcement:
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to security operations.
- Update and revise security procedures as necessary.
- Incident Management:
- Investigate and report security incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with security staff, management, and other departments.
- Coordinate with external security agencies and vendors as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns related to security.
- Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for security staff.
- Ensure that all team members are familiar with the latest security practices and technologies.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of security operations, incidents, and staff attendance.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on security status and issues.
- Manage inventory and maintenance of security equipment.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred.
