Key Responsibilities:
- Nail Care Services:
- Perform manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and exfoliation.
- Apply nail polish, gels, or acrylics, and perform nail art and designs as requested by clients.
- Remove old nail polish or artificial nails and prepare the nails for new treatments.
- Client Consultation:
- Consult with clients to understand their nail care needs and preferences.
- Provide recommendations for nail treatments, products, and aftercare based on client requests and nail health.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues professionally.
- Sanitation and Safety:
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including sanitizing tools and equipment between clients.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Dispose of waste materials and follow proper procedures for handling and cleaning tools.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and relaxing experience for clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle scheduling and appointment management, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and products in nail care and apply them in treatments.
- Recommend and sell nail care products to clients, including polishes, treatments, and moisturizers.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of client appointments, services provided, and product sales.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking nail care products and supplies.

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training or certification in nail care or cosmetology is preferred. Previous experience as a nail care technician is highly desirable.
- Skills: Proficiency in performing various nail care treatments, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to use nail care tools and equipment effectively.
- Certifications: State licensure or certification as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist may be required depending on local regulations.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Comfort with working closely with clients and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
