We are seeking a reliable and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee day-to-day farm operations and manage farm workers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising crop or livestock production, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and helping the farm achieve its production goals efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of farm workers.

Oversee planting, irrigation, fertilizing, and harvesting schedules for crops.

Monitor livestock health, feeding, and housing conditions (if applicable).

Inspect and maintain farm equipment and facilities, reporting repair needs promptly.

Train, guide, and motivate farm staff to ensure productivity and safety compliance.

Maintain accurate farm records, including production data, labor hours, and inventory.

Assist the Farm Manager with planning and implementing farm improvement strategies.

Monitor weather and adjust schedules or resources accordingly to protect crops/livestock.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2–4+ years of hands-on experience in farming operations or supervisory roles.

Knowledge of crop production, livestock management, and farm equipment use.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good record-keeping and basic computer skills (Excel, farm software preferred).

Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
