As a Gas Station Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our gas station, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional customer service, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. You will lead a team of gas station attendants, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of gas station attendants, including scheduling shifts, training new employees, and ensuring high standards of customer service.
  2. Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly and courteously. Ensure that all team members maintain a customer-focused mindset.
  3. Inventory Management: Monitor fuel levels and maintain accurate records of inventory. Coordinate fuel deliveries and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  4. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to fire safety protocols. Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  5. Cash Management: Oversee cash handling procedures, including monitoring cash registers, preparing daily deposits, and reconciling sales transactions. Ensure accuracy and security in financial transactions.
  6. Facility Maintenance: Supervise maintenance tasks such as cleaning fuel pumps, restrooms, and common areas. Coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities as needed.
  7. Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with fuel suppliers and vendors. Coordinate service calls for equipment maintenance and repairs.

  • Basic understanding of safety and regulatory requirements related to fuel handling and retail operations.
