Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and direct all computer-related activities within the organization

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems

Manage IT staff and assign tasks related to system development and network management

Ensure data security, system backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place
-
Analyze current technology infrastructure and align it with the organization’s strategic goals

Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices

Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance

Manage IT budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of systems architecture, cybersecurity, and network administration

Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
-
Ability to lead and develop a high-performing technical team
