Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Management:
    • Supervising and guiding sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance sales skills and customer service capabilities.

    • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.

    • Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring accurate product availability on the sales floor.
    • Coordinating with the inventory control team to manage stock replenishment and reduce out-of-stock situations.
  5. Operational Efficiency:
    • Overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system operations.
    • Enforcing store policies and procedures to maintain a safe, organized, and clean retail environment.
  6. Promotions and Marketing:
    • Implementing promotional campaigns, displays, and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to execute marketing initiatives and effectively communicate promotions to customers.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, purchasing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
