Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Supervise, train, and mentor restaurant staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing and promotional activities.
- Assist in financial management, including monitoring sales, managing expenses, and handling cash.
