Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries and needs.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs (in hotel settings) or assist with purchases and returns (in retail settings).
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Cash Handling:
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Issue receipts, change, or refunds as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage and update customer accounts, including billing and payment information.
- Assist with booking reservations, scheduling appointments, or processing orders as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, including handling paperwork and managing office supplies.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping in a hotel, or stockroom in retail) to fulfill customer needs and requests.
- Security and Compliance:
- Follow security procedures to protect cash and sensitive customer information.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to financial transactions and customer privacy.
- Problem Solving:
- Handle any discrepancies or issues with transactions or customer accounts promptly and efficiently.
- Provide solutions to customer concerns, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining a positive experience.

Qualifications:
