Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt assistance with their needs.
- Answer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
- Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and seek resolution.
- Sales and Transactions:
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions securely and provide accurate change and receipts.
- Promote and upsell products and services to enhance sales opportunities.
- Product Management:
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items to management.
- Perform product returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
- Store Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sales floors, checkout counters, and fitting rooms.
- Ensure that merchandise is properly tagged, labeled, and priced.
- Follow store procedures for handling and disposing of damaged or expired products.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions as required.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures as needed.

Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
