Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Greet customers warmly and provide prompt assistance with their needs.
    • Answer questions about products, promotions, and store policies.
    • Offer recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
    • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and seek resolution.
  • Sales and Transactions:
    • Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
    • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions securely and provide accurate change and receipts.
    • Promote and upsell products and services to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Product Management:
    • Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-maintained.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or out-of-stock items to management.
    • Perform product returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
  • Store Maintenance:
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sales floors, checkout counters, and fitting rooms.
    • Ensure that merchandise is properly tagged, labeled, and priced.
    • Follow store procedures for handling and disposing of damaged or expired products.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work cooperatively with other staff members to ensure smooth store operations.
    • Participate in store meetings and training sessions as required.
    • Assist with opening and closing store procedures as needed.

Qualifications:
