Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Plan and coordinate daily farming activities, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and livestock care.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise farm workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Crop and Livestock Production: Monitor and manage the health and productivity of crops and livestock, implementing best practices for growth and sustainability.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of farm machinery and equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, environmental policies, and safety standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of crop yields, livestock production, sales, and financial transactions for accurate reporting.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and agricultural innovations to make informed decisions regarding production and sales.

Qualifications:

- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies; financial acumen.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
