• Companionship: Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and recreational activities to promote social interaction.
• Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing, to maintain a safe and tidy living environment.
• Transportation Assistance: Help clients with transportation needs, including driving them to appointments, errands, or social activities.
• Health Monitoring: Observe and report any changes in clients’ physical or mental health to family members or healthcare professionals as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of care provided, documenting any changes in client condition and reporting to supervisors or family members.
