Key Responsibilities
- Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens; replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels.
- Public Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment; use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner; report any maintenance issues or guest complaints to supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
- Laundry Duties: Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and uniforms as needed.
- Special Cleaning Projects: Participate in deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by the housekeeping supervisor.

- Make beds and change sheets
- Distribute clean towels and toiletries
- Stock linen closet
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Launder clothing and household linens
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Wash windows, walls and ceilings
- Supervise and care for children
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Maintain adequate stock levels
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
- Clean work area

Qualifications
