Key Responsibilities

• Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens; replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels.
• Public Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the housekeeping supervisor.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety and sanitation policies while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment; use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Guest Interaction: Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner; report any maintenance issues or guest complaints to supervisors.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and high standards of cleanliness.
• Laundry Duties: Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and uniforms as needed.
• Special Cleaning Projects: Participate in deep cleaning projects and special assignments as directed by the housekeeping supervisor.
